We discuss with our clients their business plans, including the importance of obtaining proper insurance and a valuable certified public accountant. We assist our clients with structuring employment contracts, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy-sell agreements at the time of formation.

Flat Fee Rates for Establishing Corporate Entities:

These rates include filing and establishing the corporate entity with the State of Michigan, State and Federal Tax EIN #'s, and 2553 S-Corporation Election, standard bylaws, instructions for handling the company, minute book and stock certificates.

Note: Additional hourly fees may be charged for Buy-Sell Agreements, customizing Operating Agreements, Agreements, and general business counseling.
